New Family Membership Request Process Information

Welcome to Heritage Homeschool Workshops!  We are excited you stopped by!

This document is intended to assist you in the "Request Membership" Process. At the completion of this step, you will have requested membership into Heritage's Website and will be contacted via e-mail by a Heritage Board Member to arrange a personal interview. Please follow the steps below to complete the necessary forms and information.  If at any time during this process, any questions or concerns arise, please contact us via our Contact Form or email and we will respond as soon as possible.  So please grab a cup of coffee or tea, plan on spending about 30 to 45 minutes on this process.  It might help to print out this page for the help information.

1.  Please click on the "Handbook" in the "Who We Are" area and completely read this 9 page document as well as the "Statement of Faith" (same area) before proceeding with your Membership Request. 

2.  To begin the process, click on "Join" (found at the very top above the HHSW Banner or in the "Connections" area). This will take you to a new page.

3.  The first box asks you to check if you have read and agree with the Terms of Service.  The Terms of Service refers to our Heritage Handbook and in case you didn't read it after step 1, click the blue Terms of Service link which will open a new window that includes the Heritage Handbook and you can read it there. Close the Terms of Service window to return to the Memebership Request Application. After you have read the Handbook, please check the box to indicate you have read and agree to the Heritage Handook Terms of Service, complete all required information and the capcon (special code box) at the bottom of the page, click continue.

3a. During the process of adding children to your family, also add the first name of the parent or guardian who will be accompanying your children to Heritage, followed by “- PARENT”, for example, Mary – PARENT. If someone in your family will be a Heritage teacher for the semester for which you are registering, INSTEAD, enter that person, followed by “- TEACHER”, for example, Quincy – TEACHER. This is done for the purpose of creating a method to sign up for a Service Opportunity.

4.  A message will appear after you submit this registration requesting you complete the Additional Questionnaire Form.  Please also complete and submit.
