I grew up near the ocean in MA. I lived in AZ for a short after graduating high school. I then moved to FL, where I went to Broward College for nursing. I love all aspects of health and nursing, but my favorite is the cardiovascular system. While in Florida, I started attending church and came to faith in Jesus Christ. Not long after, I met my husband, Ryan, in a Bible study. We continued to live in south Florida until 2013.

 

In 2013, our family made the move back up north to the Chicago-land area to be closer to my husband's family. We currently live in Elburn with our 4 children; last year my mom moved in with us, which has been a blessing.  Though I love our life here in the Midwest, we miss the ocean and try to go back to MA or FL as often as possible.

 

We have been going to Riverside Community Church since we moved to the area. Ryan and I have served in different capacities over the past few years. Currently, I oversee the nursery and Sunday School. Ryan teaches Sunday School and is on the Mission Board.

 

We have home-schooled all of our children for the past 5 years and have been loving every part of it.
